Team Liftoffs Workshop

This workshop will help you to understand why a lift off is fundamental when embarking on a new project.

You will also gain the knowledge, techniques and confidence to facilitate a Liftoff.

It’s invaluable to know how to help a team set off in the right direction with an increased propensity to continue.

The value can be measured very simply by the concept of ‘buying time’. As a rule of thumb, every hour invested during a Liftoff will save you a week in the future.
